At My Cousin's House

    Hi everyone! The past 48 hours have been utterly awesome! Let me explain.

    On Friday, I was mega excited since we were going to go to my cousin's house that afternoon! We took around 3 hours to pack, since we weren't even focusing on what to do. Yes, that's how excited we were!
    I wasn't too excited for the three-hour car ride, but I knew that it would be worth it.
    We finally arrived at their house at 10 pm! We stayed up until 1, though. My brother learned how to ride their hover board an hour after we arrived. I wanted to ride it too, but I was really tired after the long car ride, so I didn't feel like climbing on. 
    The next day was even better. We played with the water guns we found in the basement. We got soaked! But the real fun came when they put up the water slide. Since my cousins live on a hill, there was a decent slope that we could slide down. My uncle poured soap water down the slide so it could be more slippery and fun. Later while we ate dinner, we watched "The Greatest Showman." It was a really good movie. I'll add a picture at the bottom of this post.
    Then on Sunday, yesterday, our moms stayed home, but us and our dads took our bikes and rode to a park that was near my cousins' house. It was huge! We played on two different grass fields, and both of them were fantastic! That night, we all watched an Indian game show while eating biryani.

    The Indian game show was called "Jodi." The contestants were Indian celebrity couples.
    There were a ton of categories in the show. There was a food measuring round, a dancing round, a memory round, and even a Jenga and archery round! It was fun watching.
    Today it's Monday. I'm pretty bummed about the fact that we're leaving today at 6 pm, and I'm even more bummed about the fact that remote school is going to start the coming Thursday. But we still have six more hours until we leave. So I'm glad about that.

      Hiii! I just checked the calendar, and exactly TWO weeks ago was our last day of school! It's 9:14 am right now, which means two weeks ago I was in Morning Meeting at school on our last day. I still miss fifth grade. It was fun. I still don't know how I feel about entering middle school, but I guess I'm kinda excited.          Anyway, I'm kind of bored right now. I'm waiting for my math class to start. Apparently in middle school we're going to miss the regular classes since we're going to Honors math (I've never heard of this way of teaching Honors before, but I don't know.). So the classes are meant to catch us up on the regular classes we were supposed to go to.     The classes are slightly boring because I already know most of the stuff. A Lot of Things to Tell You!

      Hiiii!!!! It's been a pretty long time. My last post was in the beginning of summer, and now there less than a week left until middle school!!! I went from excited to nervous to terrified to excited again. It's been crazy . We got our schedules yesterday and the school supplies list came out sometime before. Everything's starting to feel so real .     Okay, more about middle school later. So in the beginning of August we had the BEST trip EVER to North Carolina, and even though the car ride was super long, it was completely worth it.     We reached at like 3am and my aunt and uncle were awake because it was their new house and they were waiting for us to arrive.     Right. Before I go, I wanted to talk about COUSINS. I literally never  understood this until like a few months ago.      So. Your First Cousins     Your parents' siblings' kids. Your Second Cousins     Your parents' cousins' kids. Your Third Cousins     Your parents' second cousins 's kids. And it goes on. That's basically it 😅. So Chai and Paradise are my second cousins. Our other cousin who came with his dad to NC (Read the post below) is also my second cousin, but he's Chai and Paradise's first cousin. Yeah. That's all. Now  chao!
